Problem Statement:Â Director, Sales faced challenges with underperforming sales executives on her team. She needed a solution to improve individual performances and help her team consistently meet their sales targets. Our Approach:Â We provided personalized 1-on-1 coaching sessions for struggling team members, identifying their weaknesses and offering tailored training. We also conducted customized workshops on sales strategies, storytelling, product demo, objection handling, and prospecting techniques. Results: Underperforming executives improved their performance, achieving 80% of their sales targets. The overall efficiency of the sales team increased, and Aarti was able to build a high-performing, motivated team.
