Problem Statement: Our client had a successful domestic sales model but lacked the expertise to expand internationally. Their messaging was not tailored for global audiences, and their existing sales team was unfamiliar with international buyer personas, resulting in low engagement from potential clients abroad.
Our Approach: We conducted a thorough analysis of their target markets and competitive landscape. Based on our findings, we redefined their value proposition for international audiences. We also implemented a multi-channel sales strategy combining LinkedIn outreach, thought leadership content, and strategic partnerships to enhance their credibility in new markets. Additionally, we provided hands-on training for their sales team to refine their pitches and negotiation tactics for global clients.
Results: The company successfully expanded into multiple international markets, doubling their sales inquiries from overseas clients. Their conversion rates improved due to a better-aligned value proposition, and their sales team became more confident in engaging with international buyers.
