Problem Statement: This SaaS organisation struggled with low conversion rates and lacked confidence in high-stakes sales conversations. The team often faced challenges in effective platform demo, objection handling and closing deals efficiently.
Our Approach: We provided structured sales coaching, refining their pitch and strengthening her negotiation skills. Through role-playing exercises, we helped the team practice product demo, real-life sales scenarios and overcome common objections. We also guided them on using data-driven insights to tailor their sales approach for different prospects.
